***Question - "Where are the products that I've ordered?"
Answer - Once you've placed your order you've received a confirmation email containing a Tracking Code. Just copy the code into the "Order Status" Page and you"ll be able to see exactly where your designs are at. :) If for any reason you're unable to receive your Order Status, just send a short email to our Support Team onsupport@AB-Jacobain.com , and they"ll be more then happy to check the Order Status for you!
***Question - "Help! I've entered the wrong shipping details! what should I do??"
***Question - "I've ordered several products. Will they all arrive in one package?"
Answer - We're working with different warehouses worldwide, which means not all products are located in one place. So in other words, it's most likely you"ll receive your products all in separated packages. So Yeah, Don't panic if you didn't receive all of your designs yet - They're on the way!
***Question - "Do you deliver the products internationally to anywhere in the world?
Answer - Shipping is available for nearly every country around the world.
***Question - "I've received the product that I've ordered... but somehow I don't like it the way I thought I would. What should I do next?"
